​Three members of the Brunei Darussalam contingent comprising two athletes and a karate team coach departed for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 6th November morning, to participate in the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games.

Awang Muhammad Nazirul bin Haji Johar will participate in the 'Men's Individual Kata' event. Meanwhile, Dayang Farhah Syahirah binti Mohd Shamrin will compete in the 'Women's Individual Kata' event. The final group of the National Contingent will depart for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Thursday, 13th of November.
